Private sessions are held privately so that the focus is solely on you, your body and your mind. Giving attention to what you need.
You can also invite a partner to share the experience of connection to oneself and to one another.
Private Yoga Sessions are meant for beginners and regular practitioners.
Session is at your home or mine.
- 60-minute practice attuned to your body’s needs / 90 mins for couples
- Aromatherapy to deepen your experience
- Hands on adjustments
- Breathing and relaxation techniques
- Guided meditation to bring you closer to your intuition and inner guidance
- $75 per session / $100 for couples
- Additional $20 for distance driving

Hey! I’m JoAnne Schaub.
One of my passions is Yoga. And way back in 2005 I received my certification as a Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level from NC School of Yoga.
I am trained in Classical Raja Yoga tradition, which is an 8-fold path of Yoga that is designed to support inward reflection.
Since 2005 I’ve taught many classes and private clients. I found that my most enjoyable way of teaching is what I’m offering you, a one-on-one session geared to your specific desires. I can’t wait to share this yoga experience with you!
I believe I embody the yogic lifestyle by being my authentic self and honoring others and I look forward to sharing Yoga with you!
