How do you break the habits and patterns that no longer serve you?
You and I operate from our subconscious programming. Some of this programming serves us and some of it doesn’t.
There’s this practice called the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called Tapping, that you can use to break programs (patterns and habits) that aren’t working for you!
EFT is a method that by finger tapping meridian points pattern pathways are interrupted and can be broken.
It’s an interruption to your normal thought process around a particular issue.
